Post Processing (Editing)
Images appearing in the majority of your sporting albums are unprocessed, resized images. Before I send your photos to my professional lab, I do a number of things, to ensure your prints look great. Editing and adjustments are done on a per-photo basis to ensure each individual image receives the appropriate processing.

If you have any special requests in regards to the processing or cropping of a photo you have ordered, please include these details in the comments section of the order form.

Cropping
Your photographs will be cropped tight around the subject to ensure you are the center of the viewer's attention.

For example, an uncropped shot from a recent football match at St Albans Football Oval.

Levels & Color correction
As well as being cropped your photo will also have other processing techniques applied to it, such as levels adjustment, sharpening, contrast, and saturation. All of these adjustments enhance your print from the original image, to make the colours brighter, edges sharper, and to bring detail into darker areas.

Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We now accept all major credit cards via Paypal which is fast and secure. No account is required to pay via Paypal.

How long does my order take?
From the time you submit your order and your payment is received, is usually within a weeks time frame (Unless downloading high res image from site which is instantaneous). Once payment is received, photos are dispatched to photography lab for immediate high quality printing. On average, all photos are dispatched and received within 1 - 5 days.
